Warranty & Returns

Lelo offers a one year warranty on all of their products. All that is required to make a claim is proof of purchase. If for any reason your product is discovered to be faulty within a year of purchasing it, you can return it for a replacement. If you buy directly from their website, they'll automatically have your proof of purchase on record.
