We've covered Lelo products extensively during our time reviewing sex toys, my personal favorite being the Sona and my husbands being the Hugo. Warranty & Returns

Lelo offers a one year warranty on all of their products. All that is required to make a claim is proof of purchase. If for any reason your product is discovered to be faulty within a year of purchasing it, you can return it for a replacement.
