Kiiroo has always impressed me by their ability to constantly secure collaboration opportunities with all of the giants in the sex toy industry. Kiiroo Warranty/Returns

The Kiiroo Launch specifically has a one year warranty, I'm unable to find any relevant warranty information for any other toys but if you get anything from Kiiroo that is clearly defective it's worth sending them an email, they're pretty agreeable overall. They will replace any clearly defective product with a replacement of the same product. The onus is on the purchaser to properly document all of the issues with pictures & an explanation. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on defective products.

As far as the Launch's one year warranty is concerned, it covers all of the internal parts of the toy including the motor and any electrical parts. The main body of the Launch is also protected so long as you haven't opened it up yourself to try and do some DIY fixes. If you want to claim your warranty on the Launch don't open it up at all, period. The warranty is void if you do!

The warranty is mainly for things outside of your control, you won't be able to get a new one just because you dropped it.

As far as their return policy goes, they accept any and all unused and unopened toys for a refund minus shipping + handling and a few miscellaneous costs, but overall you should receive what you paid minus no more than $25. Makes enough sense to me, seeing as we all know what part of the body these toys will come into contact with. Still, opened and defective toys can still net you a free replacement.
